Learn meditation and how to make it part of your daily practice. Many studies have shown regular meditation can help alleviate symptoms of stress and aid physical health. In this class we will learn guided meditation and practices that can be used everyday. The goal is to deepen your meditation practice, and teach you how to build a firm foundation for your practice.
Each class will start with gentle yoga sequences to prepare for meditation practice to facilitate longer periods of meditation. Each class will explore different types of meditation techniques. Each participant will be provided with mediation diaries and handout material.
