Pre Natal classes classes consist of a prenatal discussion followed by a Yoga and Pilates workout. They are designed to help women find comfort during pregnancy and prepare them for labour and birth.

Pre Natal Yoga Pilates Fusion

Starts: February  8th, March  7th, April 4,  May 9th,  June 13th,  July 18th,  Aug 22,  Sept  12th, Oct 17,  Nov 14th,  Dec 5th 2020,  Jan 9th 2021.

 An integrated class of Pilates and Yoga practices with mat work, swiss balls, and some props. Physical postures (asanas), and breath-work (pranayama) help women relax and adjust to the physical, emotional and mental demands of pregnancy. Classes are designed to encourage acceptance of our bodies at this time, and are for the Mommy-to-be at any level. Check schedule for times.

$180 for 10 classes- can use any unused classes for Mom & baby classes post partum

HypnoBirthing®

Wednesdays @ 7:30pm -10pm

HypnoBirthing® is a comprehensive childbirth preparation course. Learn deep relaxation and self hypnosis techniques to eliminate the fear and tension that cause long labour and pain. The HypnoBirthing® program consists of five classes lasting two and one half hours each over a period of five weeks.
