Our Yoga teacher training program focuses on: integrating ancient wisdom and modern science in the practice of Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga as well as meditation. We offer certified Canadian Yoga Alliance trainings in RYT 200/300 and 500 hours in a HYbrid format in studio parcticum and online theory modules.

Why Choose Liberty Movement?
Teacher Training provided by Liberty Movement are taught by RYT Certified Instructors and are Yoga Alliance applicable. These yoga teacher trainings are for yoga or Pilates teachers-in-training or people training in similar modalities.
Our Yoga teacher training program focuses on: integrating ancient wisdom and modern science in the practice of Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga as well as meditation. Currently we offer the Liberty Movement Registered Yoga Teacher Training or LMYT-RYT-200 in a Hybrid format with LIVE Online Zoom lectures and in person classes at our studio in the Geary Avenue Community in Toronto. We also offer Yoga courses at the 300/500 level as well as a Pilates mat certification.
Liberty Movement School 200 Hour Yoga training is registered with the Canadian Yoga Alliance. All Continuing education credits for specialty trainings are registered with the Canadian Yoga Alliance and the YACEP designation for the American Yoga Alliance.
