Give your immune system a kick start this fall with our Fall Immune boost workshop! This is a restorative journey designed by Elle with specific postures, acupuncture or acupressure and reflexology points, pranayama and guided meditation for strengthening your immune system.

Kick-start your Immune System
Postures are held anywhere from 3 -10 mins, using props to support you so you do not have to effort at all. The only work you are to do is breathe deeply, let go, and relax.
Engage your senses and rest your mind and your body completely. You can expect to leave class feeling rejuvenated and lighter than when you walked in.
It is a great way to spend some time and boost your immunity! This class is more like a spa treatment and is one not to be missed.
Ball Pilates Workshop – Releasing Tension Through Somatic Movement Saturday October 18th 2-3:30pm
This workshop offers a unique approach to releasing tension and restoring balance in the body through an integration of Pilates principles and therapeutic ball work. Drawing on kinetic and somatic practices such as Yamuna® body rolling and the explorations inspired by Emilie Conrad, a pioneer in somatic movement, participants will learn how to soften chronic holding patterns, increase circulation, and awaken sensory awareness. Using small and medium-sized balls as tools, the class guides you through gentle sequences that lengthen fascia, restore fluidity to joints, and cultivate deeper body-mind connection. Suitable for all levels, this workshop is both restorative and empowering—inviting you to move with greater ease, freedom, and resilience.

Discover Ease in Your Body – Ball Pilates Workshop
If you’ve ever wished you could release tightness in your body the way a gentle massage does—but through your own movement—this workshop is for you. Using small and medium-sized therapy balls, we’ll guide you through simple Pilates-based and somatic exercises that melt away tension, lengthen muscles, and help your joints feel freer.
Postures are typically held for 2–3 minutes, and sometimes longer, giving your muscles and fascia time to soften and unwind. This stillness helps hydrate tissues, release chronic holding patterns, calm the nervous system, and allow subtle shifts in alignment to emerge. Between longer holds, we’ll explore gentle rolling and light Pilates movements to strengthen and support the body, creating a balance of release and activation.
The practice is quiet, mindful, and restorative, leaving you feeling lighter, more relaxed, and more at home in your body. No experience is necessary—just bring curiosity and a willingness to feel good in your own skin.

What Is Thera-Restorative Yoga & Massage
Thera-Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing experience designed to align your body with its natural rhythms and calm your nervous system. Through gentle restorative poses, guided meditation, and breathwork, you’ll ease into a state of deep relaxation.
Soft music, aromatherapy, and supportive props enhance your comfort, while our registered wellness team administers acupuncture, reflexology, and Thai massage to maximize the therapeutic benefits of the practice. This combination promotes deep tissue release and energetic balance throughout the body.
Think of it as a fusion of restorative yoga and spa therapy—an opportunity to reset your mind, body, and spirit. Join us for a Sunday afternoon of self-care and leave feeling completely renewed.
