Mindful Meditation

Join us for a  meditation & Mindfulness workshop! Learn about meditation and how to make it part of your daily practice. Many studies have shown regular meditation can help alleviate symptoms of stress and aid physical health.

Mindful Meditation Workshops

In this class we will do various guided meditation / mindfullness and breathwork practices that can be used everyday to help one get into a regular mediation practice and understand how to incorporate mindfulness into all we do!

  • Each class will start with gentle yoga sequences to prepare the body for meditation practice to facilitate longer periods of meditation.
  • Each class will explore different types of meditation techniques.
  • Each participant will be provided with mediation diaries and handout material.
  • Preregistration is required – no drop-ins, please register 1 week prior to start date to ensure a spot.

      Me and Babe classes for Fall are starting!

      Join us this fall with a variety of classes to keep you fit with your baby!  All classes are ongoing Fall schedule starts Monday September 8th.  Choose from Stroller fit, Pilates Fusion and  Lift and Flow  all with you and babe in tow!

      Me & Babe - Stroller Fit in Dovercourt Park w/Elle

      Join us for Strollerfit. Great for parents and babies of all ages!! More than a stroll in the park! This is a class designed to get you fit after baby with a low-impact cardio workout. Meet other parents in this fun but vigorous class in Dovercourt Park. Class meets by the playground at the center of Dovercourt Park. Class runs rain or shine, so be prepared to face the elements!

      Class is suitable for c-section recovery. New parents can participate regardless of prior experience.

      If you are unable to attend a class that you’ve signed up for, please give us a minimum of 12- hour notice, otherwise your class will be debited from your account. We would appreciate receiving as much notice as possible.

      • Cancellations may be done online by logging into your account, over the phone or email.
      • Schedule is subject to change with or without notice.

      Studio Etiquette

      • Please arrive 10 minutes before class to allow time to sign in and register
      • Please turn OFF your phone  there is phone use allowed in class
      • Please refrain from wearing scents/perfume to avoid allergy sensitivity for others.
      • We practice Yoga and Pilates barefoot; please remove socks and shoes outside the studio. Toe grip socks are available for purchase if needed.
      • We wash mats and props weekly, and students wipe them down after each use. They're free to use, but you may bring your own mat if preferred.
      • Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and are a breathable material.
      • Yoga & Pilates are practiced on an empty stomach; avoid eating 2 hours before class.
      • If leaving early, take savasana first, then quietly exit, leaving props/mat behind. Do not leave during savasana to avoid disrupting others.
