Post Natal Classes
Post Natal classes are designed for parents who want to get fit with their baby! We offer Me & Babe Barre and Me and Babe Yoga/Pilates fusion classes indoors, limited to 6 parents and babes. Please let us know if you are a first time parent so we can add you to a class with other first time parents
Me & Babe New Class sessions start second week of November. All classes consists of a workout followed by a discussion about various relevant post natal topics. Meet other parents and babies from the neighbourhood and get fit at the same time! New parents can participate regardless of prior experience.
All mats and props are provided and cleaned daily. Just be sure to bring something to eat and drink for your little one. Only 6 spots in each class. Please let us know if you are a first time parent so we can add you to a class with other first time parents
Classes are all 5 week pre registered series Contact the studio to register and be placed in a group either first time parents or second/third time parents. Or save time and buy online by scrolling below and logging in and following the prompts below each class description and register for a spot

This barre class is done with your baby. Barre focuses on posture core strength and flexibility. Inspired by a blend of ballet, strength training, and Pilates, barre-style classes use the ballet barre and a variety of equipment. The results? A long, lean, and strong body. New moms can participate regardless of prior experience but need to be prepared to work!

Class is suitable for c-section recovery. Meet other moms and babies from the neighbourhood and get fit at the same time! New moms can participate regardless of prior experience. More than a stroll in a park! This is a class designed to get you fit after baby with a low-impact cardio workout. Meet other parents in this fun but vigorous class in Dovercourt Park. Class meets by the playground at the centre of Dovercourt Park. Class runs rain or shine so be prepared to face the elements!

A yoga/Pilates class suitable for mom’s after birth and babes 6 weeks and up. Pilates core work done with baby to get your core back in shape. Gentle Yoga to stretch out all your sore muscles. Class is suitable for c-section recovery. Meet other moms and babies from the neighbourhood and get fit at the same time! New moms can participate regardless of prior experience.
